About Me:
I live in Kent, a couple of hours from London, and I love being close to both the coast and the city. I work as an apprentice statistician and when I’m not working, I spend a lot of time gaming or getting stuck into a good board game with friends.

I enjoy swimming as a way to clear my head and stay active. Live music is a big part of my life too, and I try to catch gigs whenever I can. I also love going out, exploring new places, and making the most of my free time. I’m someone who likes a mix of quiet hobbies and adventures.

How I use Maths in my work:
Maths is the main tool I use to make sense of huge amounts of health data. I work with numbers every day — calculating averages, comparing groups, drawing graphs, and using probability to understand risk. By using maths in this way, I can help turn raw data into clear answers that support better decisions in drug development.
-
My Work:
I use numbers and data to check how well new medicines are working. Maths helps me turn all that information into clear results that scientists can use.
-
My Typical Day:
I work from home and usually start around 8 or 9 in the morning. Depending on the project, I might check the work that programmers have done, look at data, or join meetings with my team. I spend most of my day working on my computer and take short breaks to stay focused. I usually finish in the afternoon around 4 or 5, which gives me time for my hobbies or studying.
