Question: what does maths have to do in the future when we have a colclater

Calculators are really helpful, I use excel alot in my work to do multiple calculations are once – but I still need to know how to do that maths even if I have a tool to help me, for example working out percentages – I can ask excel or an AI to work out the percentages I want but I need to know how to do it/ask it and how to spot if it’s done it wrong. Same with having to explain what I did to customers or colleagues who aren’t as comfortable with numbers as me.
Calculators and other software/devices are really helpful but they are only tools for you to use, you still need to know how to use them.
