My advice is to stay curious and keep trying to spot how maths is used all around us. This might help you think about the kind of maths job you would be interested in.
My other bit of advice is to not be discouraged if you find some maths topics hard – it’s supposed to be challenging and make you think! You don’t need to be a super-fast maths genius to get into a great maths career. Being a good mathematician is much more about how you think through problems than it is about how quick you can do hard sums!
