      Of course! Modelling flash floods has a massive impact on society. It is so important to be able to do that so we can minimise the damage done by flash floods in cities and towns

      Yes. Why – well the work I do helps explain and understand the results from studies – both within veterinary medicine and in general biological research.

      For example – many people have pets – understanding how diseases and other conditions work, present their symptoms, and in which animals and how they can be treated means that the care of pets can be the best we can do.
