      It is usual to be scared before taking exams. It is a good thing as it means you care. GCSEs are definitely not easy and you may find some subjects easier than others. Be confident in what you know as you have been working towards these exams for a long time. Also, remember the outcomes of exams do not define you and/or your worth.

      I think the GCSEs are different for everyone, and because of that, everyone is nervous (even if they don’t share that out loud). It’s very normal to be anxious, and not feel ready, even when you are! Instead, remember how far you have come as a learner — you’ve been in school for years, slowly but surely building the skills you need to do your GCSEs. No matter how you feel on the day of the exam, no one can deny all of the time, homework, and practice you have put in to getting to this point.
